Last night at the White House, there was a State Dinner welcoming Mexican President Felipe Calderon and his wife Margarita Zavala.
According to the USA Today, Michelle Obama “got sexy” for the occasion.
“Michelle Obama has gotten flack for showing off her toned arms [in the past], but for last night’s state dinner, she certainly showed off a little bit more,” writes the paper. “Her one-shoulder, cleavage-baring Peter Soronen gown proves that she’s no stuffy First Lady.”
Other media outlets described the gown as “Sex in The City” (Drudge Report) and show host Glenn Beck said the outfit was inappropriate since Michelle Obama’s state dinner dress “was showing her breast”.
But other folks say the dress was a stunner and was “similar to the one Mrs. Obama wore to her husband’s inaugural balls,” said by the Huffington Post. The New York Times called Obama’s dress “full-on glamour” while also mentioning President Obama’s distraction by the blue number - In a good way.
